These are exclusive to KINO and should be considered when making your selection. KINO's Blanket Warranty (c) protection takes the warranty confusion away. Various items on a conversion of this nature, regardless of the dealer from which you may purchase, come from many manufacturers. They have individual warranties from 90 days to 3 years. Kino's warranty supercedes these warranties, blanketing you with solid 3 year or 60,000 km on everything we supply, regardless of the shortcomings of some manufacturers protection. KINO's Free Maintenance Plus (c) gives you free, twice yearly service visits to inspect, lubricate and adjust your conversion items. It's all FREE for the first 3 years or 60,000 km. Taking advantage of our free maintenance will help prevent inconvenient or dangerous breakdowns. Other important Kino features include a 24 hour, response line to answer questions or dispatch a service technician. With the largest staff of the best trained service technicians and the finest facilities, we'll always be able to give you prompt, efficient repair service. Our staff holds more accreditations and certifications than any other Ontario dealer. While many others have come and gone, the core of KINO has been successfully in business for over 14 years - we're sure to be here for you years after your initial investment! Protective Blanket Warranty for New Vehicle Conversions
KINO Mobility warrants that each vehicle conversion shall, under normal use and maintenance, be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the following time periods: - 3 (three) YEARS from the delivery date, or
- for the first 60,000 Kilometres,
whichever occurs first in the case of the conversion items defined as follows: - Lifts,
- Ramps,
- Specialty Seats,
- Specialty driving controls,
- etcetera.
KINO Mobility will repair or replace, at its options and without charge, any warranted item that has a defect in material or workmanship during the specified warranty period, provided that the purchaser shall report any such defect promptly to KINO Mobility. The warranty specified herein shall not apply to or include any of the following:
- Repair or replacement required due to accident, misuse or neglect, lack of reasonable and proper maintenance, repairs or replacements improperly performed, use of replacement parts or accessories that do not conform to KINO Mobility requirements, and alternations or modifications not approved by KINO Mobility.
- Normal replacement or consumable items, such as engine tune-up parts, motor brushes, filters, seals, wheels, tires, switches, etc. Normal maintenance and upkeep services such as tire and battery maintenance, correction of minor leaks, lubrication, etc.
- Repairs or replacements performed by others(including the purchaser), unless KINO Mobility has given prior authorization in writing.
KINO Mobility's liability under the warranty contained herein, shall be limited solely to the remedy of defects as aforesaid. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose and of any other obligations or liabilities on the part of KINO Mobility including, but without limitation, any expense, loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary, arising in connection with the sale or use of, or inability to use the vehicle for any purpose whatsoever. KINO Mobility reserves the right to assign this Warranty as it sees fit. This warranty is contingent of (1) Scheduled Maintenance Service being carried out 6 weeks after delivery and every six months thereafter. The cost to the Buyer of each Scheduled Maintenance is free as per the Service Certificate. Customer must make and keep the service appointments as outlined or forfeit any and all rights and warrantees, express or implied.

Free Maintenance Plus (c) CERTIFICATE
BY THIS AGREEMENT Kino Mobility Inc. will perform the service on the equipment described herein and/or attached hereto at intervals of 6 months for a period of three years or 60,000 kilometres, whichever occurs first, following the initial installation and purchase. The scope of this agreement is intended to cover only those repairs and services which are of an operational nature, such as tightening, lubrication and adjustments. It is not our intention to undertake responsibility for emergency repair, or repairs of an extensive nature requiring replacement of major assemblies, or repairs to those assemblies. There shall be no charges for this maintenance work. We will schedule the work within the normal working hours to suit the owner's convenience, but in the event that the equipment is not made available to our service department promptly at the time of the appointment, waiting time may be charged at the prevailing hourly rate. All labour, shop supplies, adjustments, oils and lubrication grease will be at the expense of Kino Mobility Inc. All parts or any other material necessary to return the conversion items to proper running order will be billed at prevailing established prices, with prior consent by the owner mandatory. In the event the owner requests service or repairs to his equipment other than shown in this offer , Kino Mobility Inc. agrees to perform the service of repairs at the prevailing hourly rate at the time the service is provided, which at time of execution of this document is $68.00 per hour, within working hours. Repairs requested outside normal working hours are excluded from this agreement, and rates for such work shall be determined as the occasion arises.
