Our Team |
Joe Allen President and CEO |
Moving from his position heading up the marketing department of a multi-divisional, global manufacturing firm in 1986, Joe formed J. A. Allen & Associates. His company served primarily as a consultancy in marketing communications and business management, specializing in corporate turnarounds. He and his associates have earned hundreds of marketing awards and, over the years, have created holistic models for a number of firms to help position their future growth and set strategic implementation plans.
He joined the RICON team in January of 1997 and in less than eighteen months produced steadily increased sales and much-improved margins. His marketing and business savvy has continued to be fundamental to the entrenchment, growth and financial stability of KINO Mobility Inc.

Lorenzo Casullo Vice President of Production |
Our primary technician for seventeen years, Lorenzo first joined the company in his teens when it operated under the name of CRECCO. By far, Lorenzo is one of our most experienced and competent operators. Keeping abreast of industry innovations finds Lorenzo attending international seminars and technical workshops earning him a reputation for knowledge and dedication. Lorenzo's designs were fundamental in recently making NMEDA's two Ford E150 chassis successful in crash testing, proving compliance to CMVSS regulations. (Specifically: the test items of a 6"+2" low floor, raised roof and doors, occupant restraints, and removable and transfer seat bases.) Lorenzo received an award from NMEDA for his expertise. His contributions help ensure our success as a team. |

Terry O'Neill General Manager |
Joining Ricon as a Buyer and Installer, Terry had been with them for twelve years as a purchaser for fittings and vehicles, retrofitting them for persons with disabilities. Servicing the electronic and hydraulic components of hundreds of projects has earned Terry valuable insights into the technologies behind the systems. As the Manager of Customer Service at Ricon for seven years, Terry has created and ran many demonstrations and workshops on adaptive driving equipment.
Terry is our ideal liaison for rehabilitation professionals, insurance companies and works with WSIB, March of Dimes, the Canadian Paraplegic Association, and Easter Seals. He is an active member of ADED and many other senior and disability organizations. We are lucky to have Terry in our team.
